Job Description

Coordinate and expedite the finished gods shipments, according to delivery schedules. Be customer point of contact for managing the receipt of demand till shipment of goods. Accountable for the quality of own work. Executes within a well-defined operations framework.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Customer interface and fulfilment starting from demand planning to customer deliveries ensuring on-time delivery to customer and being on MRD.
• Timely communication & projecting visibility to all stakeholders about critical parts, stock out conditions with the help of continuous engagement with customer by means of digital tools.
• Development of digital tools for clear visibility, real time updates and  to enable process simplification.
• Predictive analysis on long term window on critical parts to engine assembly.
• Inventory planning, profiling & obsolete inventory mapping.
• Management of master data for demand, production & sales for easy accessibility & better tracking of records on a quantitative basis for shipped parts.
• Dispatch planning for export shipment and ensuring warehouse alignment in-line with improvements to reduce lead time.
• Implementing effective packaging methods to eliminate customer escapes and rework.
• Process documentation and updates
• Coordinate with customs and logistic to have smooth exports and in need imports

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college with a minimum 5 years of experience in Aviation or related industry fulfilment/planning post graduation
• Relevant experience in customer order fulfilment is preferred
