Ensure the integrity of the Quality System with regard to official regulations / requirements / authorities / airworthiness standards (Part 145, RSAF, MOI, GACA, etc.).
To support the role of CAME Quality manager.
To support the audits in accordance with the yearly audit Plan established and to manage the related corrective actions.
To support the external audits and to manage the related corrective actions
To perform physical checks, spot checks… to ensure the compliance with the QMS.
To manage the maintenance normative/regulation
To ensure all the maintenance records are managed in accordance with the procedures
To coordinate with Quality Manager for continuous development of Quality Systems at ASL MIA level
To support the control and follow-up of discrepancies and corrective actions of the Maintenance activities
To control the MRO Subcontractors
To support the aircraft handover during the schedule maintenance
To ensure the staff requirements for Maintenance activities, following the EASA part-145 standard practices.
To support the in-service quality issues (ISQI) to Airbus DS quality department and/or event reports.
FOD policy monitoring and awareness
Support the Health and Safety Airbus DS policies.
Awareness of quality and SMS topics to the MRO staff
To support the MRO processes and procedures develop and improvement, including the MOE and CAME
