Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Operates their assigned aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, in strict compliance with CHC operational standards and all applicable regulations
  • Place’s safety and customer service at the forefront in everything they do, both inside and outside the aircraft;
  • Maintains situational awareness throughout the entire operational region with respect to weather conditions, NOTAMs, sea state and customer offshore facility status;
  • Supports the aircraft commander in a safe operation of flights
  • Facilitates communications with the customer and ensures CHC is represented in a professional manner
  • Work area, has not yet been established
  • Stays up to date on all operational and safety procedures

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

  • Valid and current EASA ATPL (H) or CPL(H) and IR(H)
  • ATPL theory examination completed
  • CAA class I medical certificate
  • Applicants will be required to complete and pass our psychometric evaluation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Must be organised and be able to work with a large and varied workload
  • Must be able to pass a security background check
  • Must be IT literate and able to work with IT systems for flight planning, rostering and others
  • Fluent in English and to progress to Captain level you must be able to speak and understand Scandinavian language (Berganstest or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 Year in the Offshore Oil and Gas
  • EASA ATPL (H)
  • Multi Crew Cooperation Course , MCC (H)
  • ICAO English level 6
