Job Description

Responsible to manage the inward remittances and credit / ticketing allocation for all travel partners of the airline and associated companies.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Activities

  • Ensures that inward remittances from travel partners are processed and receipted in a timely manner, and credit allocation is provided for agents on flydubai's prepaid system.
  • Reviews all integrity and exception reports relating to the Credit Risk team’s automated / robotic processes and work with IT teams to report/resolve disruptions if any.
  • Manages the Agency Top-Up / Credit process, including follow-ups for loans or financial securities that are nearing expiry.
  • Creates, maintains and issues virtual bank account details to customers across all lines of businesses.
  • Manages the ticketing accesses to Travel agents, and the allocation of airway bills / revenue documents to cargo partners, based on the assessment of credit risk.
  • Prepares Bank Balance movement reports and reconcile balances between Banking applications and flydubai's internal systems
  • Provides day-to-day application support to the airline's trade partners, relating to credit allocation for agents that follow the prepayment model.
  • Sends outward billing invoices to agents who are on a Bill-and-Pay model. 
  • Prepares reports relating to non-Direct channels of sales such as IATA Billing & Settlement Plan (BSP), Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC), Transport Clearing House (TCH), etc.
  • Participates in testing activities during system upgrades and implementation of new automated processes.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years
