Job Description

We are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Distribution Officer  (O1)! You will be part of the Distribution team and will be assisting the GDS and Interline/Codeshare technical teams with admnistrative activities.

Responsibilities

Reject Queue Management (GDS/ICS)

• Day-to-day management of issues and queries from reject messages queue
• Work and manage various internal stakeholders to provide correct carrier response
• Management of complications encountered during normalcy via an in-depth analysis of factual/qualitative information on hand; recommending/developing the optimal solutions for the required business/operational objective
• Proactively communicate & coordinate with related stakeholders at all levels and provide regular reports for progress updates and critical success factors

BSP Report Verification

• Verify & validate IATA BSP charges are legitimately charged to the airline
• Work with various internal stakeholders for funds claw-back
• Management of complications encountered during normalcy via an in-depth analysis of factual/qualitative information on hand; recommending/developing the optimal solutions for the required business/operational objective
• Proactively communicate & coordinate with related stakeholders at all levels and provide regular reports for progress updates and critical success factors

GDS Invoice Verification

• Verify & validate GDS charges are legitimately charged to the airline
• Management of complications encountered during normalcy via an in-depth analysis of factual/qualitative information on hand; recommending/developing the optimal solutions for the required business/operational objective
• Proactively communicate & coordinate with related stakeholders at all levels and provide regular reports for progress updates and critical success factors

Requirements

• General Diploma, with relevant Sales/Commercial experience in Aviation (Optional)
• Willingness and enthusiasm in learning
• Ability to cope with the fast-paced working environment, remain calm and clear-headed in times of crisis to support sales operations
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and without complete information
• Self-starter, excellent communicator, and strong team player
• Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written in English
