Job Description


We are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Operations Officer! You will be part of the Sales Operations team, providing support in handling all Trade-related sales matters and enhancing our Trade Partners' experience. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Scoot Commercial teams, as well as, external Trade Partners to ensure smooth sales activities across all point-of-sales that are in alignment with Scoot's policies.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Sales Operations team in supporting Trade-related sales matters and enhance our Trade Partners' experience
  • Optimising in-house tools to reduce manual processes and gain efficiencies
  • Supporting team managers in streamlining standard handling processes, in alignment with Scoot’s policies and requirements
  • Provide effective Trade communication to build awareness, maintain engagement and preserve loyalty

Job Requirements:

  • General Diploma, with relevant Sales/Commercial experience in Aviation (Optional)
  • Willingness and enthusiasm in learning
  • Ability to cope with the fast-paced working environment, remain calm and clear-headed in times of crisis to support sales operations
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and without complete information
  • Self-starter, excellent communicator, and strong team player
  • Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written in English
