Working closely with the business functions, stakeholders, customers, subject matter experts and technical resources this role will be responsible for defining, measuring, analysing, validating, specifying, verifying and documenting business processes, requirements and solutions. The role holder will ensure that processes are aligned to the established business strategies. Completing root-cause analysis and industry best practice analysis to achieve functional and operational excellence and driving a culture of continuous improvement. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
