Job Description

To support the Operations Efficiency Insights Manager in identifying operational challenges, deriving data-driven solutions & communicating actionable insights to support the Global Airports & Network Operations division. Create comprehensive PowerBI reports for recurring reporting & (automated) operational decision-making. Run ad-hoc analysis using the OpsBI platform or independently sourced datasets. Focus areas for analysis include on-time performance, mishandled baggage, or customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities

• Support ad-hoc analysis & root cause analysis to derive actionable insights for the Global Airports & Network Operations division
• Responsible to identify operational improvement opportunities & support Operations Efficiency Insights Manager in communicating and subsequently implementing initiatives
• Under the guidance of Operations Efficiency Insights Manager summarize & visualize analysis results
• Identify opportunities for analysis / report automation
• Produce & organise operational data for working / steering groups to drive initiatives

Education & Experience

• Educated to degree level (min. Bachelor) in aviation management, business administration, economics, mathematics, statistics, or similar field
• Open to high-calibre graduates or experienced hires with 1-2 years’ experience in analytics / performance management
• Working knowledge in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint; preferably basic skills in MS PowerBI (or similar)
• For experienced hires, preferably experience in aviation industry
