Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day operational activities of SpiceClub and monitoring the platform & program stability.
• Identifying issues that may affect the entitled benefits to the SpiceClub members
• Coordinating with different stakeholders, primarily with IT/Finance to solve or fulfil the operational requirements
• Crunching reports of SpiceClub members to derive actionable operational insights
• Support in handling customer resource management of SpiceClub
• Representing Business side in the User Acceptance Testing

Required Skill-Set:

• Logical and excellent problem-solving approach
• Ability to multi-task and team management skills
• Attention to detail & comfortable in handling heavy data
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Navitaire / Salesforce or any similar systems will be good to have.
