Job Description

• Responsible for leading Engine and/or Module cells and meeting the required operations goals and metrics
• Manage day to day activities, ensure TAT, labour hours and delivery targets are met
• Lead the cell workforce to deliver the highest quality product / services while upholding company’s EHS and Ethics policies
• Lead in the implementation of CORE in the cell – ensure the team uses CORE tools to solve problems, improve quality and efficiency in Operations
• Lead, engage and develop the team to be a self-directed and multi-skilled workforce through skills training
• Interface with the various business functions such as Engineering, Quality, HR, Customer Service and Materials to achieve cell goals and company’s objectives.
• Conduct performance reviews on a regular basis to facilitate and achieve a high operating efficiency for the operations cells
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Department Manager

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Production Engineering with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, or Diploma in Engineering with minimum 10 years of aviation experience
• Experience in aircraft engine workshop practices and maintenance & repair of gas turbine engines will be advantageous
• Good working knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
• Analytical with strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Highly motivated with a strong drive for success
• Good team player with strong communications and interpersonal skills
