Job Description

• 
  Fully accountable and responsible for the scope and schedule of the Maritime Surveillance solution
• Responsible for the implementation of all deliverables (engineering, system rollout, services)
• Responsible for all communicating, managing, monitoring and reporting of delivery plans and activities
• Acts as interface to the MOI / BG stakeholders, in particular the regional BG managers supported by the Regional Delivery Manager(s)
• Be the focal point for all issues within his area of responsibility towards the customer as well as towards other stakeholders and domains
• Acceptance of the respective deliverables (i.e. towers, sites, services) up to and including IOC and FOC
• Management and coordination with the domain heads and resources, including engineering to support delivery of the MS solution
• Responsible for liaison with PMO for all risk, opportunities and issues and ensuring mitigation plans and actions are communicated and implemented
• Maximises the opportunities for synergies and savings across delivery work packages
• Provides input and support to all project reviews (including first line, MPR, etc)
• Experience in leading multi-cultural teams
• Knowledge / experience on rollout of technology projects
• Knowledge / experience surveillance / security technologies, such as cameras, radar and applications.
