  • Management of supplier corrective actions, maintaining monthly reports of the supplier corrective actions, coordinating, participating, and potentially conducting enterprise
  • supplier assessments, defect data analysis, collaborating with subcontracts, engineering, and supply chain management to identify, resolve, and monitor supplier quality issues
  • Verification of supplier’s abilities to meeting program requirements and corrective actions which includes tracking and applying product variance documents, evaluating supplier routers, and auditing supplier planning
  • Drive robust and closed-loop supplier corrective actions with vendors, Supplier Corrective Actions and assurance of closed-loop Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA); Supplier corrective action process initiation, review, approval and monitoring; assure containment, closed-loop RCCA is obtained; communicate issue and resolution to functional stakeholders
  • Develop and implement Supplier Quality plans for the programs
  • Develop and deploy Supplier Assessments
  • Develop bids and presentations for management that cover all of Supplier Quality in support of proposals
  • Create and maintain Basis of Estimates for Supplier Quality work content; coordinate
  • submission with Quality
  • Perform defect data analysis and review with the program managers and supplier management, which will assist in developing Supplier improvement plans
  • Participate in Supplier Surveillance and engagement plans, and ensure communication of actions and results to the Supplier Quality and Program Leadership
  • Participate with Supply Chain and Engineering teams early on the Supplier selection process to mitigate supplier risk and ensure that key program requirements are flown down to vendors
  • Ability to resolve technical issues with respect to product processes, systems, and deliverables in engineering, supply chain and quality and at the supplier.
