Job Description

In this customer focused role, the Passenger Attendant has to provide a friendly and professional customer service to all passengers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist passengers at the location assigned (Departure Welcome area, Departure Immigration Smart Gate, Dufry Shop Exit point ,Arrival Immigration Smart Gate,  Arrival Immigration, Common Arrival (Ground Floor) or Arrival Bag Hall).

Always adhere to the set service expectations and procedures to ensure passengers are handled in a safe, friendly, efficient and professional manner.

Ensure all passengers enjoy a seamless and stress-free travel experience.

Meet and Greet at Arrival and Departure

Welcome all inbound & outbound passengers in a courteous manner.

Attend to the needs of passengers who may require care and special assistance

Proactively arrange porterage services wherever required.

Immigration Departure & Arrival

Guide the passengers to right counter / Smart Gate for related visa assistance

Arrival Baggage Hall

Help passengers with queries related to their baggage collection 

Proactively arrange porterage services wherever required.

Qualifications

10 years of schooling or equivalent / 10th grade or high school

Must be able to speak, read and write English. Knowledge of other languages an advantage

Must be physically fit, ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

Experience

Must have at least 1 year experience in a customer service role. Previous experience of working at an airport/aviation industry doing a similar role is an advantage.

Must be able to work a shift roster
