OVERVIEW
Monitor aircraft flow chart with production control and maintenance sections to meet daily, weekly and monthly maintenance planning objectives. Coordinate with material planning section to ensure that necessary tools, equipment, POL and aircraft spare parts are on hand for scheduled inspections. Expedite maintenance and logistics resources leading up to aircraft scheduled maintenance. Perform trend analysis on spare parts consumption. Coordinate with aviation logistics section and technical follow up regarding the status of ACFT spare parts and equipment. Analyze the flying hour programs, maintenance schedules, adjust spare part levels to maintain inventory of (PLL) & TBO parts. Monitor high failure rate spare parts and provide recommendations to set/increase stock levels.
Will also be responsible for
1.Ensure parts, tools, equipment and POL is on hand for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

QUALIFICATION
-Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance (A&P License preferred )Certificate in aircraft maintenance and supply chain management from a military or civilian school.
-FAA A&P certificate or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE
-Minimum of 8 Years Hands on experience in Aviation Maintenance and / or Back Shops experience on aircraft.
-Must have experience in Aviation Maintenance and/or Back Shops experience, with a working knowledge of aviation Supply Chain Management.
-Knowledge and experience in aviation maintenance operations.
-TAMMS-A experience is preferred.
-Background in military aviation maintenance preferred.
-Knowledge of aircraft avionics and mechanical parts functions and maintenance requirements.
-Must have thorough knowledge on use of common tools, special tools, hardware, and equipment’s used in the aviation maintenance.
