Job Description

To organize production according to demand and quality standards. Will be the one to ensure SAEI goods are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner. The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of SAEI production operations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
• Schedule shift according to production needs.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
• Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.).
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
• Keep paperwork organized.
• Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff.
• Ensures compliance to all relevant safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department.
• Undertake any other functions assigned by the immediate supervisor.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS;

• Bachelor’s degree In Mechanical / Aeronautical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering.
•  Willing to travel if job requires.
• Saudi National only.
• Minimum overall GPA of (3.50 out of 5) and (2.80 out of 4) for Bachelor degree holders.
• English language (STEP by QIYAS 72 %)

• Education degree showing the overall average/GPA (If obtained out of the Kingdom, you must attach the accreditation letter from Saudi Ministry of Education).

• English proficiency test (STEP) by QIYAS (if available).
