Job Description

• 
  The Project Controller supports the Project Controlling Manager and the PMO Manager with progress reporting, including schedule updates, forecasts to complete, variance identification and opportunities for project improvement
• Implementing Integrated Project Planning on the project scope to define project baselines and continuously and monitor and control them throughout the Project Lifecycle.
• Track, review and report on issues that impact the Project / Programme
• Preparation of project reports such as Monthly Project Reports and status of the Staffing / Resources, Issues, Procurement and Customer Furnished Items (CFI)
• Data collection and analysis including support for Estimate at Completion (EAC)
• Monitor and control variations to baseline (Deliverables Progress, Milestones, Resources and Cash in/out)
• Ensure Enterprise Project Tools (e.g. AD Projects) are updated with the latest project status
• Support Stakeholder Meetings such as; Internal Project Reviews, Change Control Boards (CCB), Issues meeting etc.
• Support the Project Controlling Manager for all monitoring and tracking activities on the Programme
• Timely reporting for monthly Project Reports (internal and external)
• Ensure timely and accurate date inputs are available for Operational Planning and Forecasting (S&OP, Cash Forecast, EAC … etc.)
• Support Finance to generate invoices based on delivery milestones
