Job Description

Invoicing Management
Managing the activities in SAP
Forecast of Cash-in / Revenue
Banking: harmonize guarantees and letters of credit in line with Airbus Corporate treasury, maintain and improve banking services provided to Airbus in KSA, coordinate with treasury in Europe when necessary.
Insurance: manage insurance suppliers through broker & EADS Corporate Insurance; coordinate all insurance topics, set-up insurance processes to be followed by Airbus DS KSA.
Establish clear processes and KPI’s for Projects Finance Department activities.
Create interface to existing accounting/controlling tools locally.
Liaison with internal business line controllers and project controllers as well as the customer
End-to-end managing of small projects including revenues, costs and margins
