About the role:

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you be responsible for the following:

• Prepares and presents reports, presentations and spreadsheets on the data gathered on security processes.                                                      
• Checks the regulatory requirements and provides support to the Lead Security Quality Assurance Officer with regard to the document classification and security basic requirements, business continuity and OHS, as applicable.                                                        
• Provides support during both internal and external inspections and audits and is actively engaged in the preparation of the related documentation.                                                          
• Plans, performs and manages the Quality Assurance covert test program and incident report management system, analyzing the related outcomes and identifying potential trends and root cause analysis.                                                         
• Actively engages and supports QA Team in the development and update of business continuity plans, exercises and activities.                                                        
• Plans and performs checks and dedicated monitoring activities on airport premises and security processes, aimed at checking the compliance with the current requirements.        
• Promotes high standards of corporate values through correspondence, telephone and personal contact with internal and external stakeholders and government agencies.

Qualifications

About you:

• High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience OR                                                  
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience                         
• Similar previous work experience in security related positions                                                     
• Fluent in English language (written, spoken, read and understanding)
