Quality/Inventory Analyst - Business Support (Supply chain)
Roles & Responsibilities:
2 to 5 yrs years of experience in supply chain & Material planning
Resolve requests or queries quality issues, cost of poor quality, drop shipment & PPAP
Responsible for monitoring inventory buckets like Safety stock, block stock, cycle stock, planned independent requirements, etc…
Work closely with Account specialist/stake holders to improve the above process
Experience in improving the process through automation/process improvements…etc…
Extract and develop reports from databases and warehouses for analysis ensuring they are built to specifications.
Design, build and publish reports, dashboards and analyze with available data sets
Translate customer needs into clear requirements and meaningful reports by leveraging customer data platform and visualization tools
Prepare, review and distribute program reports such as performance scorecard, monthly goal reporting, board reporting and senior management reporting
Communicate data analysis findings and insight to stakeholders and provide business strategy recommendations for optimizing business performance
Ensure data integrity of key objects (e.g., Product and Account) and other supporting information through best practices and standard data integration.
Participate in process improvement initiatives by sourcing required data and providing support to the team as required
Interpret and effectively communicate data insights
Understand and manage KPIs within the team
Maintenance and continuous improvement of existing reports and dashboards
Assist with data mining
Qualification / Technical experience:
University or College Degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science or Info Management
2 to 5 years business experience with a focus on Analytical and reporting along with Supply management domain knowledge
Advanced analysis skills with particular attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Office Suite Expert (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) particularly in excel, PowerPoint (advanced level). PowerBI will be an added advantage
Understanding of security as it pertains to data access, scope, and distribution of reports and dashboards
Experience of working under dynamic and uncertain business conditions
