Key Requirement for the Position          

  • Manage the Talent Acquisition, Employee Life cycle, PMS , Succession Plan, Employee development ,Engagement and Employee relations.
  • Experience - 5 Years

Job Description               

  • Develop the workforce strategy in support of the Business Strategy and support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Business Partners for Manpower Budgeting Exercise
  • To do a Manpower study and optimize the utilization of resources as per the business plans
  • To Provide HR Dashboard – includes Monthly MIS, RAG Sheet, Productivity & Attrition analysis.
