Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform Monthly Billing: Reconcile and create Sales orders to perform the billing related to Monthly flying hours reported by the Aircraft operators.
• CRM Opportunity Management: To be a custodian for the opportunities related to PPH Engines. This includes creating/updating/modifying the opportunities in CRM to keep the latest available data in CRM.
• Invoice Split: Analyze and split the invoice released after the maintenance of the Engine during the shop visit. This Invoice split is further analyzed to calculate Gross Margin and other KPIs
• Contract Reconciliation: Collect and analyze the data related to all the Engines in the contract to measure contract performance. Comparison of Revenue collected from Engines against the total expenditure to maintain the Engines.
• Engine shop event Forecast:  Perform the Event forecast of all the PPH Engines using historical data related to Flying hours using Maintenance limits and Average monthly utilization.
• Line Replacement Unit (LRU) Analysis: Collect the LRU data and perform analysis to determine LRU $/Hr

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics or a related field with 3 to 5 Years of total experience
• Basic knowledge of Aircraft and Engines, and it’s supporting Technical documents
• Experience in contract management will be an added advantage
• Experience in data cleansing, data quality assessment, and using analytics for solving business problems
• Experience in designing and deploying data visualization using Microsoft Power BI

Skills

• Ability to use MS Office Suite
• Familiar with SAP SD, CRM, etc.
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to work with large volumes of data
• Ability to effectively communicate key findings and summarize insights and implications to future work or business
• Organized, detail-orientated, structured thinking and execution
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines
• Ability to work across teams
• Knowledge in Financial aspect is a plus
• Flexible to adapt to learn new things and work time zone
