Job Description

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer facing role or similar role.
• Good team player, willing to work in a dynamic and fast paced collaborative environment
• Good spoken and written English communication skills, Drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, with an awareness of stakeholders
• Use of positive language, empathy, adaptability, effective listening, high level of attentiveness and ability to take responsibility
• Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task activities, and manage time effectively
• Flexibility to work on holidays and on weekends on rotation, strictly adheres to work timings

Skill Req (Prefered)

• Familiar with CRM systems and practices, knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM is preferred
• Previous experience in Customer service organization required, Aftermarket Customer Service experience is preferred
• Knowledge of various technical publications such as Structural Repair Manual, Component Maintenance Manual, Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, etc.
• Basic knowledge of EASA/FAA requirements and Associated Repair Documentations

• Component Maintenance Manual, Easa Part 21G, Engine Manuals, Faa Repair Technician, Operations Manuals, Reading drawings and Repair manuals
