Job Description

Key Requirement for the Position

. Actions emails on daily basis regarding
Experience-3 Years
?ID creations
?Password resets
?Modification in bookings
Answers calls and resolve the queries raised by the staff or agents/corporates/Consolidators.
Shares reports with the sales teams like transaction reports, collection, Load Factor, Agency Balance etc.
Coordinates with revenue management, groups, Finance and other departments
Processes the conveyance claims and ensure reimbursement to the sales team
Maintains trackers of all special requests sent by the field staff as per empowerment document.

Job Description

Assists the sales team in executing their field jobs by sharing relevant reports, coordinating with HO departments, auctioning emails sent by the sales team and other administration work.
