Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for executing business intelligence through the development and publishing of data analysis reports in a timely, consistent and accurate manner.
• This role is reponsible for implementing business intelligence solutions through the development, deployment and adoption of business intelligence and reporting tools.
• The role will deliver reporting and analytical solutions to support tactical and strategic decision making.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Discover Qatar and QR Holidays providing key inputs with respect to reports and/or data analysis in support of core organisational functions and business processes.
• Support the department by providing quantitaive analysis, business re-engineering, and advanced analytical solutions for complex business problems to enhance productivity, improve operations and drive sustained business performance.
• Completion of operational data analysis related to but not limited to Sales data, CRM data , C360 data and QR Galaxy Data in order to produce performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor’s level or equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, essential in a similar industry.
• Experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis and Project Management
• Strong presentation skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a multi-cultural environment
• Extensive knowledge of CRS, reservations and understanding of revenue management principles is preferred
• Highly developed planning, analytical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrate abstract reasoning , critical thinking and strong attention to detail
• Ability to set clear direction and manage workflows
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced excel modelling and advance Powerpoint skills
• Strong business case writing skills is preferred
• Gasp of commercial impacts and financial/budgetary planning is an advantage
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and/or statistical or optimisation techniques
