What you’ll deliver

• You’ll be responsible for delivering over all administration work for the Fire Service team
• You’ll manage safety inspection checklists, updating and inputting required passes, follow up actions and stock/inventory control.
• You’ll be responsible for maintaining all related documentation within a filing system.

What you bring

• You’ll have at least 2 years’ experience in office administration
• You’ll be educated to a minimum of high school level or equivalent
• You’ll have knowledge of primary computer software packages such as MS Office
• You’ll be fluent in written and spoken English
• You’ll have a comprehensive understanding of managing records and filing.
