Boeing India Finance team is currently looking for Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team in New Delhi, India. This team seeks a highly-skilled and motivated individual to lead Boeing Defense India FP&A activities in India.

This is a non-management position in a growing global organization. The individual will partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to expand our service delivery model while ensuring service delivery excellence to all employees.

The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. He or she must have international experience working with diverse groups and cultures and be flexible to accommodate business requirements that span multiple time zones and may require travel. The ability to think strategically and translate that thinking to operations is essential. The candidate also will have strong leadership, communications, and project management skills. He or she must be able to maintain positive relationships with leadership and all levels of the organization and external suppliers.

The role is responsible to manage Boeing Defense India FP&A processes for various programs under execution. Includes participation in Long range business plan (LRBP) exercise annually. Also includes maintaining program Financials, forecast, variance analysis, updating and maintain planning systems. The candidate should have experience in working in a diverse, changing and growing business environment.

Position Responsibilities:

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with different program teams in India and US to ensure:
    • Accurate and timely program forecast and variances to plan.
    • Generate various Reports from the planning system for review and follow up.
    • Identification and reporting of concerns in a timely way.
  • Assist in providing accurate and timely program financial information and related reports that are both used internally by India and US program teams.
  • Assist in the preparation of LRBP and Strat plan.
  • Assist the Rates focal with updated program headcount based on regular headcount forecast exercise.
  • Provides necessary support and accurate information to program, India leadership team.
  • Acts as back up to other team members as needed.
  • Other tasks and duties requested by management.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate may be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree and Chartered Accountant
  • Experience of working in an ERP environment like Oracle, SAP, BI tools
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Advanced computing skills (MS Office Suite of Software, particularly MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
  • Good English language skills (read, write, and spoken) and communication skills.
  • Flexible team player who is comfortable working in a multicultural environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Graduate and Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
  • 12+ years of work experience with US multinational preferred

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Chartered Accountant with 9 years of post-qualification and 3 years of article training experience.)
