Job Description

As directed by the supervisors, lead a team of Technicians/Drivers to provide required support to Operational teams, carrying out all scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance, servicing, fault finding and repair of all equipment /vehicles and plant maintained by various dnata Technical Services Workshops in DXB & DWC to ensure functional reliability to meet the 24 hour requirements of the operations. The job holder should be capable to work independently to ensure maximum serviceability of the equipment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Facilities/Maintenance.Auto/Electric Mechanic : 3+ Years
• 10 Years schooling or equivalent :
• Experience in Facilities/Maintenance.Auto/Electric Mechanic Knowledge/skills: Thorough knowledge and experience (Theoretical & practical) in maintenance of mechanical/electrical/ electronic/automobile/air-con & refrigeration systems of Ground Support Equipment or Heavy Vehicles or Material Handling Equipment/Systems. Theoretical & practical knowledge on hydraulics/lifting equipment/conveyor systems/PLC's/AC-DC motor control systems/Traction batteries & chargers with minimum 2 years of experience would be an advantage. Effective communication in English (verbal & written).Must possess Local/UAE driving license and capable of obtaining airport driving permit (ADP) within 06 months from joining (Applicable for GSE only). Specific to EEMC: Valid UAE heavy vehicle driving licence, categories 3 and 8 with the ability to obtain an international driving permit. Familiarity with UAE road layout and regulations Able to perform data input and working knowledge of cargo documentation processes.
