Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure aviation regulatory compliance
  • Support and Improve the current facility quality system/s
  • Lead and Conduct internal and supplier quality audit
  • Lead and Conduct quality investigations
  • Lead and Conduct process reviews
  • Conduct quality and regulatory related training
  • Analyze quality data
  • Work with stakeholders to devise effective, corrective and preventive actions
  • Provide quality related reports
  • Support Repair Introduction and First Article Inspections
  • Coordinate external audit, quality council, CORE, ITC and EHS activities
  • Support continues improvement initiatives
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or any related discipline
  • Working knowledge of CAAS, FAA, EASA, CAAC, JCAB regulatory authority regulations and guidance materials
  • AS9110 Lead Auditor qualification
  • Additional Quality related formal training beneficial (e.g. CAAS SMS)
  • At least 7 years of experience in aviation industry in a quality assurance environment
  • Knowledge of basic gas turbine engine operation, construction specifically blades and vanes
  • Knowledge of Basic Aviation Repair Methods and Techniques
  • Competent in quality auditing procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytical skills, keen learner and strong team-player
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management
  • Able to multi-task, work under pressure and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
