Understand business and finance requirements and provide inputs to new system solutions or process enhancements
Facilitate finance process review with BUs to identify areas of improvements in the finance work processes and system flow/functions
Review suitability and sustainability of the proposed solution from a finance process and controls perspective
Highlight potential project risks and issues and work with appointed vendors as well as users on possible approaches to mitigate the risks
Project Assistance
Be familiar with existing finance processes and systems and ensure user requirements are listed in the business requirement documents, including the financial controls required
Coordinate and facilitate requirements gathering for new initiatives and system enhancements from all stakeholders
Assist project lead to coordinate training, workshops, project meetings, manage project tasks, timeline and deliverables
Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain sample and test data required for system implementation projects and translate into the format required by IT vendors
Work with users and Project lead to design and ensure all test scenarios are considered and tested during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Facilitate UAT testing and tracking of UAT issues to ensure timely and successful resolution by IT vendors
System Support
Maintenance of templates and reports generation post system implementation
Work with ITD/IT vendors to ensure reported incidents (e.g. bugs) are resolved within Service Level Agreement
Assist with the audit on IT Application and Finance BAU.
Tax/ Finance Support
Coordinate with tax agents on overseas tax reporting matters
Prepare tax reports, schedules and pass journals on tax
Assist in any other matters as requested

Degree in Accounting or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of working experience
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Familiarity with working with outsourced vendors
Able to work independently and in teams
Good personal time management and ability to multi-task
Experience in coordinating multiple projects will be an advantage
