Job Description

In this position you are responsible for the coordination, design and delivery of global organizational needs. You have the choice – we provide you with all the equipment you need to work comfortably in your home office within EMEA.

Description/Tasks

• Coordinate the global organizational development needs; partnering with the local leaders and other Learning and Development regional representatives
• Work with regional leads and assist Director Learning and Development in creating development plans to help leaders make the most of learning opportunities
• Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
• Assist Director Learning and Development with career pathing process development and communication
• Create and execute learning strategies and programs

Global Learning Management System (LMS) Lead

• Working with Regional L&D specialists, extract LMS data for analysis. Provide reports on the status of training / learning objectives
• Work cross-functionally with subject matter experts to define key content areas, training completions, effectiveness, and other operational metrics
• Manage eLearning content in our LMS to reflect our most current product/service offerings, and policies/procedures
• Design and deliver training solutions tailored to the specific needs of the region, present ideas effectively, delivering presentations suited to the characteristics and needs of the audience, via eLearning or virtual classroom/webinar
• Coordinate, lead and/or support Talent Reviews as needed
• Assist the Director Learning and Development with coordinating, leading and/or supporting the performance management process
• Research best practices to support Learning and Development strategy and business needs
• Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network

Qualification/Experience

• Bachelors' degree in Human Resources, Business or related professional field
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in applying Instructional Design and adult learning principles to create on-line and instructor-led training
• Thorough knowledge of processes, procedures and concepts in functional area
• Experience in leading functional/cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex issues
• Strong communication skills to deliver regional and global requirements
• Direct or related experience in Learning and Development
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, project management and communication skills
• Ability to work well with all levels of leadership
• Excellent research and benchmarking skills
