Finance

The Finance department, which manages the company's budgets, forecasts and investments and provides analysis of our financial performance and strategies.

Job overview and responsibilities

• Supporting the financial reporting team in maintaining company financial statements
• Preparation of journal entries in Oracle for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual government reporting requirements
• Preparation of annual employee benefit plans and variance analysis on plans
• Preparation of monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
• Ownership of the monitoring, updating, and communications related to Company’s reconciliation process and IT system that supports it
• Preparation of the quarterly and annual financial statements for United (SEC 10-K filing)
• Coordination with external auditors on requests for various audits

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.

Required 

• Bachelor's degree
• Accounting, Finance or related area
• 3 years related experience
• CPA (or equivalent)
• Experience of working with Big 4
• Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
