The Boeing Company is currently seeking a high performing versatile Senior Technical Project Manager to join the Product Support and Services Mobility and Innovation team. The team provides comprehensive digitally native mobile, progressive web and innovation solutions to rapidly access and digitally transform complex business scenarios by enabling digital products that enhance revenue opportunities and efficiencies for Boeing. Responsibilities include but not limited to ability to create product roadmap and project implementation geared towards digital transformation, manage the technical product development, plan and manage deliveries in an agile environment. Position Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact to define and own the project scope, budget, objectives and deliverables
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion and to identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Interact and manage third party suppliers and vendors in conjunction with the Supplier Management team.
• Identify and actively manage opportunities, risks and issue to ensure effective resolution.
• Produce progress and status reports for stakeholders at different levels
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans
• Lead cross-functional communication between internal organizations, suppliers, and vendors as well as assist with regular status updates and change information to the leadership team.
• Assist business and integration leadership for the development and execution of project and team plans
• Assist with issue resolution and negotiating with stakeholders to determine best value solutions.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers and business partners.
• Significantly contribute to the completion of organizational projects and goals.
• Previous project management experience with a multi-tiered application structure is highly desired.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Should have practical experience executing projects in Agile and Scaled Agile development methodologies.
• Should have management experience in requirements gathering, creation of project plan and schedule, obtaining and managing budgets and resources
• Should have experience in managing team in different insourcing/outsourcing models (onshore/offshore/Vendor).
• Ability to create product roadmaps in alignment with business needs
• Should know conceptualizing and designing progressive web applications in technologies like angular 10+, html 5, css3, OAuth, API services in java or .Net, RDBMS.
• Should have experience in application deployment, security implementation and integration and performance tuning in cloud infrastructure- Azure/PCF

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience in Aerospace domain.
• Worked on Java, Shell script, Azure app Service, Azure AD, Azure Cosmos DB
• Experience in Data structures, algorithms and Design Patterns.
• DevOps, Continuous Integration. Experience in using any CICD tools like Bamboo/Jenkins, Coverity, SonarQube, Jfrog, Artifactory etc.

Typical Education & Experience:

• Typically  12-16 years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (eg. bachelor, master, etc) preferred but not required.
