Senior Vice President- Business Technology

• The team provides and supports the systems that glue the business together. That means maintaining all IT from the most basic desktop support to the most complex flight information systems. As importantly, they’re game changers for the industry. They bring us smart developments and advanced processes which revolutionise what we do. 

What you’ll deliver

• -You will be responsible for leading the Business Technology Team whilst developing the long-term Technology strategy to support the growth of Dubai Airports and the aviation sector of the UAE
• -You’ll be managing the technology architecture strategy, driving development and compliance of the overall framework, ensuring the design can meet Dubai Airports growth strategy
• -You’ll be responsible for nurturing an environment of innovation and continuous improvement across both DXB and DWC, putting passenger experience first and enabling an exceptional customer journey
  • You will ensure the Technology strategy meets the needs of all customers, partners and stakeholders across the airport community by driving improvement of performance on availability, efficiency, reliability of technology guaranteeing customer service levels and throughput.
  • In summary, as the Senior Vice President, you will cultivate, influence and manage the Technology function, collaborating with key airport service partners to achieve the strategic objectives of the organisation

What you bring

• -You’ll be educated to Degree level in a relevant business discipline
• -You should have at least 15 years’ experience at a management level.
• -You’ll have comprehensive experience of all aspects of Technology service transformation, cybersecurity and strategic planning
• -A background in managing an airport business would be advantageous  
• -Previous experience in leading multi-functional and diverse teams is key
