Job Description

• To develop Service Bulletin by collaborating with Design Engineers, Program Managers, Experts in HQ with the application of technical and good organizational skills.
• Review designs and manage project timeline, resources and logistics needed for the implementation of the project to the fleet.
• Creating BOM for direct and indirect materials and ensuring availability before the project delivery.
• Review technical drawings and design documents to develop Service Bulletin using S1000D and 2000M document standards.
• Ensuring the activity meets key performance indicators (KPI) such as project acknowledgement reactivity (ATF), bulletin delivery deadline (OTD), bulletin content quality (RFT/OQD).
• To fulfil the duties of Design Signatory under AHSA DOA with CAAS. 

Job Requirement

• University Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Aerospace Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related engineer fields
• Min 3 years experience in modification processing and continued airworthiness
• Min 3 years experience in structural/mechanical strength and failure analysis
• Knowledge and capability in incident analysis, compliance verification, and airworthiness certification
• 3D/2D Computer Aided Design Skills
• Candidates with relevant experiences may be considered for senior role
