Job Description

  • The SIE Project Scheduler is responsible for collecting the domains’ reporting of the Level 3 (L3) schedules.
  • The SIE Project Scheduler supports the Domain Leads and Work Package Managers in creating and maintaining the Project L3 Deployment schedules by:
    • Meeting and coordinating with the SIE stakeholders (SIE Domain Leads, Integrated Product Team in Germany and SIE Consortium Partner).
    • Baselining the schedules.
    • Collecting inputs from all stakeholders.
    • Updating the progress on L3 schedules.
    • Reporting the scheduling variance to the Project Controlling Manager on a weekly basis.
  • The SIE Project Scheduler is fully accountable for monitoring and maintaining the updates to the L1 and L2 Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and reporting the variance on a monthly basis.
  • The SIE Project Scheduler shall prepare the L1 and L2 IMS submissions on a quarterly basis.
  • The SIE Project Scheduler shall closely support the Project Controlling Manager in baselining the SIE schedules, maintaining updates and reporting on status & performance status (including EVM tracking).
  • The SIE Project Scheduler shall support the Project Controlling Manager on the application of effective planning techniques and controls (Earned Value Management, Cost and Schedule Variance, Estimates at Completion, Critical Path Analysis etc.).
  • The SIE Project Scheduler shall perform other duties related to the SIE Project Monitoring and Tracking when required.
  • Updating the SIE L3 schedules on a weekly basis and maintaining the files in SharePoint.
  • Updating the SIE L1/L2 Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) on a monthly basis and reporting the variance to the Head of PMO on a monthly basis.
  • Mapping of the SIE WBS and Work Packages to the schedule and tracking of work progress Work Packages on a monthly basis.
  • Reviewing and updating the SIE Schedule Management Plan on a quarterly basis and providing recommendations to improve the scheduling process.
