Main activity is to find new digital and non digital solutions in order to help our customers solve problems and leveraging business value, by designing desirable, viable and feasible services.

Solutions Innovators possesses a broad base of skills and knowledge spanning digital technology, strategy and business planning, engineering and agile/lean development practices. They must possess an entrepreneurial drive to define and develop new solutions, while managing end users' needs and timeframes to broker complex relationships that evolve into real solutions

Job Responsibilities

• Provide continuous update on global innovation initiatives progress to the regional teams
• Responsible for the feasibility (Operational, Technical, Schedule, Economic and legal and Sustainability) and is in charge of finding technical ways to operate, based on our industry knowledge and innovation opportunities
• Work with Strategic Design and Early Adopters (customers) to
  • gain an understanding of user personas, pain points and journeys
  • gather and manage solution feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
• Interact with the Early Adopters (customers) for technical questions
• Partner with Value Architecture and Digital Marketing, elaborate insights into product, technology,  market trends and provide the cost structure and values
• Define the key features of the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) with the Product owner to develop capability and feature lists, user stories
• Be a champion of the MVC and MVP, distilling the solution down to what is desirable, viable and feasible
• Monitor and report on solution KPIs
• Partner with Digital Marketing, develop materials to communicate progress to partners and early adopters
• Develop technical prototype and de risk technology bricks needed for solution development
• Define the feasibility  team setup including governance and processes
• Prepare  and conduct handover toward industrial team
• When working on a new MVC/MVP that requires local customization and local development for delivery of commitment to local authorities and local development, will be the overall responsible in the execution working closely with the all digital teams in the region

Secondary Responsibilities

• Identify of the right technologies to solve the problem and design the future solution, including Architecture dossier, with the support of architects, data governance and security
• To contribute to the Value Architect's business case, estimate the global roadmap and budget of the future technical solution (including resources needed for the development of the MVPs)
• Validate Technical Prototype
• Present and Showcase MVC/MVP
• Provide support and technical documentation (user guide, the training material, …)

Job Requirements

• Digital Technology watch: Awareness and ability to identify, learn and use new technologies to answer to customer needs
• At least 6 years’ experience as a Technical or Product Manager
• A master degree from an accredited educational institution in a technical discipline (computer science, electrical engineering) or Working experience as a Functional/Technical architect/Senior developer
• Hands on skills to quickly prototype solutions and present feasibility analysis
• An ability to think strategically and creatively
• Customer minded, challenging, curious and open minded
• Autonomous and self-organized
• Strong understanding of mobile, cloud and web technologies and industries
• Experience in software development and system integration
• Strong data modeling and analytical capabilities
• Knowledge in artificial intelligence and big data concepts an advantage
• UI/UX design proficiency
• Working knowledge of agile development methodologies
• Experience launching multiple digital products
• Data Sensitivity & IP Management: Work closely with data governance to define and maintain the principles of data governance such as GDPR and Export control. Actively identify and define measures to protect IP in front of the customers and partners
• AWS and PCP technical skills would be a "plus"
• Experience in people management skills
