Maintains operation and planning for all sections in the shift in terms of manpower and workflow. Liable for future planning of the section in terms of manpower and equipment follows up day-to-day operations of food, assigned and monitors all approved tasks. Responsible to look after one outlet within the production department. Supervises that the section is equally manned in all shifts to ensure meals are prepared as per the production plan and within HACCP guidelines

Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with a Minimum of 3 years of job-related experience. High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
