Job Description

Reporting to Section Manager, Crew Operations, this position monitors cabin crew operations to ensure that crew can operate to schedule, meet operational performance standards, and achieve departmental goals.

Job Description

Operations Management

  • Ensure rosters are ANR compliant;
  • Monitor and evaluate daily operations of Operation Control Centre (OCC);
  • Monitor Cabin Services On-Time-Punctuality (OTP), and track for following up with relevant stakeholders;
  • Manage crew absenteeism, late coming, and sickness;
  • Manage changes to crew rosters >72hr to STD;
  • Work with Crew Performance to ensure upkeep of crew disciplinary standards;
  • Ensure conformance to all regulations with respect to occupational health and safety, and standards as prescribed in legislation and adopted as policy by the company;
  • Manage crew queries/feedback and ensure timely follow-up on issues raised;
  • Support improvement/enhancement projects in relation to rostering system.

Operations Admin

  • Ensure hotel invoices and crew transport claims are accurate for processing;
  • Manage hotel and crew transport arrangements and communications;
  • Manage cabin crew change-of-flight requests;
  • Process Cabin Crew variable pay;
  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Management review.

Adherence to regulatory standards

  • Ensure cabin crew rosters are compliant with the ANR and ANO, and also meet with other regulators’/legislated requirements;
  • Required to liaise with civil aviation authorities, internal and external auditors, and assist in the preparation for such audits, as well as to implement corrective actions.

Others

  • Support Crew briefing at graduation;
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum a Degree holder or Diploma holder or 2 years working experience in planning and/or operations
  • Experience as cabin crew advantageous

Key Skills:

  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines on several projects
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in working with people at all levels
  • Energy and enthusiasm
  • Self-starter
  • Enjoys and embraces change
  • Computer literate, with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, Tableau and rostering systems (advantageous)
