Job Description

We are searching for a meticulous & motivated individual for the position of (Specialist, Rostering (E1))!You will be part of the Flight Ops Rostering team and will be the key personnel in planning and monitoring of Flight Crew Training Requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor validity of crew's training and plan monthly training roster
  • Coordinate with service provider (e.g. Boeing, STC, etc) and instructors to ensure necessary training can be completed
  • Ensure crew's training are planned in accordance to company policy and ANR
  • Ensure all the training related costs/invoices are processed or accrued
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in any disciplines. Diploma holders in aviation related disciplines with relevant years of work experience in similar capacities will also be considered
  • 2 – 3 years of relevant experience, background in airlines business is advantage
  • Able to work in a pressured environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimum supervision
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn and operate complex aviation scheduling software
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in working with people at all levels
  • Experiences working on AIMS or other Airline Operating System will be an advantage
  • Experiences in aviation rostering/training planning will be an advantage
  • Experiences in aviation related roles with expoure to ANR rules will be an advantage
