Job Description

To carry out various system testing for existing applications and User Acceptance Test in new solution designs to analyse and report system functionalities meeting business requirement, to identify gaps and make recommendations for improved productivity. 

Responsibilities

• Ø Participate in project workshops
• Ø Identify gaps, if any, in Business Requirement Document and escalate
• Ø During project working group meetings, provide clarifications on business processes, if ITBA needs.
• Ø Carry out application testing for both existing and newly developed systems.

New systems

• ü Prepare Test Cases based on BRD
• ü Conduct UAT to identify bugs and/or faults and prepare reports
• ü Escalate issues/faults
• ü Track risk register during project planning and implementation phases
• ü Carry out retesting once bugs are fixed and faults are corrected
• ü Sign off UAT on behalf of AO&CS

Existing systems

• ü Conduct system functionality testing for productivity analysis
• ü Identify improvement opportunities and recommend
• ü Participate in version upgrades or enhancement projects
• Ø Follow up with solution development team to close open items
• Ø During project implementation phase, travel to various stations, train AOCS teams, monitor processes and assist when necessary with appropriate trouble shooting when the need arises

Educational Qualification

Graduate (12+3) in any discipline from a recognized university is desired

Technical Qualification

• Thorough knowledge of airport operation processes
• Computer literacy with fluency in Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
