Job Description

To reduce the cost, Manage Overseas GSA/Cargo Management Systems agreements, Prepare & monitor invoices & SLAs of GSAs/vendors and Prepare budgetary reports and analyze expenditure.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling & operations of international and national flights from the stations and monitoring the agreements & SLAs of ground handling, cargo terminal/warehouse operator, documentation and maintaining checks all matters related to airport operations on a daily basis
• Opening of New Domestic & International Stations through commercial contracts, Handling rate negotiations and operational EDI messaging procedure
• Establish operational targets and review performance data (optimization, IRP, IRR’s etc.) to monitor and measure CTO, GHA productivity
• Planning and fulfilling the audit requirements & filing Tenders (Government/ Private)
• Assist VP - Cargo and in day-to-day admin matters and to coordinate with all regulatory & non- regulatory matters (MOCA, DGCA, Airport Authority etc.)
• Liaise, coordinate and resolve issues related to cargo management system faced by various stations.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by his/ her superior
