Job Description

The candidate would be responsible for supporting the Vistara brand team for various Marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Creatives

Seek and understand marketing briefs from internal teams for comms towards employees and customers
Research, discuss and brief agency or internal creative team on the requirement
Discuss versions and ensure timely delivery

Collaterals

Liaison with vendors on sourcing and producing various collaterals
Ensure timely delivery and deployment

Sponsorships

Do a preliminary review of Sponsorship or Partnership Opportunity and create a Proposal Note
Co-ordinate and ensure errorfree end-to-end execution

Invoices

Ensure timely submission of all Invoices and other paperwork

Skills/ Attributes

Effective communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

Work Experience

Minimum 3-4 years of work experience

Qualification

Graduate from a recognized university
