Minimum requirements

• Should have minimum 1 to 5 years’ experience in Flight Dispatch.
• Should have Indian RT License.
• Graduate in any stream, 10+2 Mathematics & Physics.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Good Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
• High integrity & Team Player.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring the flights with respect to chocks off / on, airborne and touch-down timings and updating the Operations Control System.
• Maintain complete log for any incident/accident and IROPS in coordination with the Duty dispatcher
• Coordination with Internal & external agencies including ATC, ATFM, CDM and AOCC etc.
• 4) To monitor ADP mail for the next day from C-ATFM and advice the Duty dispatcher.
• 5) Initiate the cancellation/schedule change message to C-ATFM through email for the next day.
• 6) Filing of ICAO plans for Defense Airfields & ATS Plans wherever required.
• 7) Continuous Flight Following for Delay/Change/Cancellation messages.
• 8) Maintaining Flight Watch through out the shift and take necessary actions if required.
• 9) Keep a track of weather all over the network and timely intimation to the Flight Dispatcher and Operating Crew in case of adverse weather.
• 10) Keep a track on the Flight Following and making sure all the Flights departing should have FIC/ ADC well before the departure.
• 11)Handover takeover responsibilities/briefing, including Safety briefing & log entries from previous shift/day ensuring no loss of continuity in operational control of flights.
