About the role

You will responsible for assist in conduction of compliance reviews, development of Corporate Services standards. Form the mechanism to maintain audit trails, spot checks and internal reporting.

Accountabilities

• Conduct compliance reviews in line with including but not limited to Terms of Reference of Committees within Corporate Services.
• Assist in drafting SOPs, process flowcharts for the various operational functions in Corporate Services including proof reading of draft policies and standards.
• Prepare compliance checklists, update them as and when there is a revision in applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations and maintain them in a systematic manner.
• Establish and maintain up to date compliance review tracker for all functions.
• Discuss with stakeholders and develop responsibility matrix for identified business functions.
• Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Supervising Manager.

Qualifications

About you

You will possess:

• A minimum of 4 years specialist of job-related experience required.
• Prior experience in coordinating and conducting audit /compliance reviews and inspections
• experience in procedures and audit
• Familiar with documentation of procedures, process flow charts using IT tools. Good knowledge of MS Office and Data Information System.
• Establishing and maintaining information databases.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to write procedures with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English language, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong reading comprehension and proof reading skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle minimal supervision multi-task in a fast, priority –switching environment.
• Must be a team player and able to work/contribute in a team-based environment
