Job Description:

Good knowledge of Aircraft structures
To perform non-linear finite element analysis (Static and Dynamic scenarios)
Able to handle Detailed Finite Element Models (DFEMs) preparation
Able to understand the physics of the problem with focus on problem solving
Able to handle different types of structural nonlinearities
Verification and Validation of DFEMs as per Airbus methods and processes
Tasks to be carried out in accordance with the specs, schedule and applicable policies
Understanding of Aircraft Structural Mechanics phenomena and processes
Comply with Airbus ways of working
Ensuring effective communication is established and maintained with team members to build trust and increase efficiency.

Tools:

Experience on FEA pre and post processors - Abaqus, Hypermesh, Patran/Nastran

Soft Skills:

Ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills in a strongly multi-cultural environment
To understand Airbus culture, procedures and customer needs
Willingness to learn new skills, self-development.
