Job Description:
• 2 to 14 years of working experience on Aircraft structures, Doors/Wings/HTP/VTP/Pylon and MSI/Engine mounts
• Good Working Knowledge in Metallic and Composite Structures
• Experience in Detailing, Assembly and BOM
• Strong experience in 3d Modelling, DMU creation/modification and Integration
• Excellent drawing reading and understanding skills
• Exposure in Concessions, DQN and Repairs
• Experience on Airbus methodologies and Processes will be and added advantage.
Tools Skills:
• Catia V5: Good Hands on experience in different Catia Modules such as Part Design, Surface, Sheet Metal and CPD.
• PASS/VPM: Working Knowledge on PASS and VPM.
• TAKSY/GILDA, CCD
• Exposure to work with Scripts (VBA) /Macros will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for providing deliverables to specification, within agreed timescale, meeting the necessary quality standards and to customer satisfaction
• Responsible for monitoring, tracking the project and publishing the dashboard on Weekly/Monthly review meeting.
• Monitoring the team KPI's and maintaining the Quality records for leading projects
