To plan and train on Reservation & Ticketing modules to Ground Operations Team and monitoring their performance and support in operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Complete knowledge on Amadeus Reservation Desktop (ARD-GUI)
Learn, understand, and stay current on product functionality e.g., GDS, Interline, Codeshare, E-Ticketing
Conduct Training need analysis for all ATO related functions
Design, create and maintain training modules to be used in the classroom/virtual training
Conduct training session for various GSA’s/GHA’s/Vistara other department on Reservation & Ticketing
Support HQ on implementation projects by testing, creating how-to documentation to assist employees across network, and providing status updates to the Project Manager
Establish a dynamic training environment to accommodate different regions/nationalities, personalities, and needs of the business
Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customer
Perform other related duties as assigned but limited to training
Responsible to deliver and prepare individual feedback based on the training
Must be able to own the testing/project implementation of any Amadeus related product within the business
Keep up to date on new software releases on Amadeus Product
Must work closely with members of the Training team and operational team to support the ongoing business across network
Skills & Attributes
Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentation
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Knowledge of training delivery classroom/virtual
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in reputed Travel Agency or Airline ticketing office with Amadeus knowledge
Should be well versed with Airport ground handling procedures, Advance travel terminology and travel geography
