Job Description

The Systems Executive, Salesforce is responsible for the oversight and upkeep of all Customer Happiness systems to ensure we are industry leaders in the digital space in the Customer Happiness function.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Customer Happiness systems including but not limited to Salesforce & ChatBot technology.
  • Day to day maintenance of systems including building the ChatBot database
  • Key point of contact for external system vendors.
  • First point of contact for Customer Happiness Allstar’s for any system related queries.
  • Customer Happiness stakeholder for any system requirements, projects, changes or needs.
  • Design, implement and own system manuals, SOP’s, process & training documents.
  • Produce business requirements, system requirements and business case documents for system needs & changes.
  • Other duties as required.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Prior experience with key Customer Happiness systems including Salesforce, Google platform & ChatBot technology.
  • Strong IT system knowledge, including basic coding languages, API/integration options and cloud platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience building & managing multi channel ChatBot programs
  • Project Management experience.
  • Ability to be the liaison between the business and vendors to achieve key business objectives.
  • Experience designing system related processes, manuals & training programs
  • Strong interpersonal & presentation skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
