Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources Team to manage the Recruitment and Selection process for local and overseas hiring for Jazeera Airways by creating an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Implement the talent acquisition strategy effectively to develop Jazeera as a strong employer brand.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process as per plan to ensure all current and future business requirements are met.
• Ensure a robust talent pipeline is maintained across all Jazeera locations.
• Facilitate the manpower planning process using a data driven approach.
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle including liaising with different functional heads to provide exceptional candidate experience.
• Prepare job advertisements for vacancies and publish them on appropriate sourcing channels.
• Prepare Contract of Employment for selected candidates as per the relevant country regulations to confirm compliance.
• Plan and Organize Recruitment drives as and when required and represent Jazeera Airways at job fairs and other recruitment venues.
• Manage and maintain E-Recruitment systems and document management systems.
• Liaise with Government Relations Team for Visa processes for overseas hires.
• Ensure smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding including mobilization.
  Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelors’ Degree or higher with minimum 5 years’ work experience in a similar role
• Experience in aviation will be an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & Arabic, both written and verbal
• Proficient in MS Office and use of ATS – Applicant Tracking Systems
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical skills and detail orientation
