Roles and Responsibilities: Will typically include (but not restricted to)

• Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle.
• Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
• Meet with Human Resources to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
• Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies in order to attract, screen, and select high-quality candidates.
• Maintain a track of applications with the status against each.
• Must have judgment sufficient to analyze job requirements, determine applicant's abilities, and make hiring decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Keen interest in recruitment.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.
• MBA in any specialization.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Aerospace is preferred.
• Ambitious individuals who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
